Gary Paola–President
President and company co-founder with a wealth of experience and
knowledge in this industry. Second place is not a part of Gary's
vocabulary. His constant planning and attention to detail make him an
achiever at everything he undertakes. Gary is keenly aware of how important
it is to offer quality products and to back those products with the best
possible training and customer support. His relationships with our
suppliers are instrumental in making Custom AV Solutions a very strong competitor in
this market.

Hank Forestier–General Manager
Hank is fairly new to Custom AV Solutions, but he brings with him years of
industry experience that will help him in performing his duties as General
Manager. Hank will very soon be the “go to” guy at Custom AV Solutions for answers,
direction, and product support. Hank is also assuming all responsibilities
for marketing, inventory control, special programs, and communications.

Jerry Metcalf–Regional Sales Manager
Jerry joined us in early 2008 and is responsible for calling on dealers in the Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada markets.
Jerry previously worked as the Regional Sales Mgr. for MIT systems.
He also owned his own Custom Install business in Elk Grove, CA.
He is quite experienced in System Design and can assist dealers with their programming problems.

Ben Grass–Regional Sales Manager
Better known as “Mister Follow-up” in the Bay Area. Ben joined us in 2006 and
he absolutely excels when it comes to customer service. No detail is too
small for Ben to not promptly handle. Before joining Custom AV Solutions, Ben
worked for a major distributor in the Bay Area managing three outside sales people
and nine inside sales people. Ben also spent six years as a Factory Regional. He
has the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to assist his dealers
when called upon. Ben's work ethic is exceptional.

Renee Purser–Office Manager
Renee, our office manager, joined us 10 years ago. She is responsible for
order entry, receivable and payables, and general office duties. Renee does
a great job in organizing our office and she is a wonderful emissary to both
the suppliers we deal with and our dealer structure. If you have a question
about your account she has the answer.

Lesley Anne–Receptionist
Lesley joined us as our office Receptionist in August of 2007.
She handles order administration, phones and general office duties. She has
proven to be an excellent employee and has greatly lessened the workloads
of all of us.
